When are spaces available to rent?
Rentals begin at 5:00pm Monday through Friday, as well as all day during weekends and holidays.
Can I tour the space before booking?
Tours are available upon request. Please send requests to 1836.SanJacinto@RyanCompanies.com.
Is there parking?
Yes, paid garage parking is available on-site. 1836 San Jacinto offers 338 covered parking spaces. Parking validation is also available at cost to the renter.
Do you have on-site catering?
1836 San Jacinto does not offer its own catering services. The renter is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with catering services for the event, including cleanup. The building has an on-site catering kitchen that includes a refridgerator, freezer, ice maker and warming drawers.
Do you have on-site security?
Yes, the building has 24/7 security personnel located on the first-floor lobby. We can arrange for additional security personnel to be available at the conference center for an additional fee with a minimum of 4 hours. Event security may be required in certain instances where alcohol is being served.
What is your cancellation policy?
The following policy applies to cancellation notices and rescheduling requests for after-hours reservations:
- If received between 91 to 180 days before the event date, a fee of 30% of the total room price plus any additional fees will be charged.
- If received between 31 to 90 days before the event date, a fee of 50% of the total room price plus any additional fees will be charged.
- If received between 0 to 30 days before the event date, a fee of 100% of the total room price plus any additional fees will be charged.
Do you allow alcohol for after-hours events?
Alcohol is permitted at after-hours events in accordance with Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission guidelines. Event security may be required in certain instances where alcohol is being served. Please contact our team for specific guidelines and more information.
